I remain the owner of the copyright for all of my illustrations, however commissioned pieces are personalised to you and will not be used for any other client. I reserve the right to use my illustrations for my own self-promotion.

My original artwork remains mine, unless specifically sold as original art.

As a client engaging Soulful Branding for projects or commissioned artwork or design, a non-refundable 50% booking fee of the quoted amount is payable prior to work commencing, with the balance due at completion of the project, before delivery of finished artwork. No artwork will be handed over until the full balance has been paid. Payment terms on all invoices are 7 days.

If changes are made to the project after the initial briefing stage, additional charges may apply and you will be notified of these before commencing work outside the initial brief. One set of amends are allowed during the initial drafting stage (where roughs are supplied) and one set of amends are allowed on final artwork, further changes will be additional.

If a client cancels a project after approval to start has been given and the booking fee has been paid, the booking fee is non-refundable and serves as a cancellation fee. Should a client choose to cancel a project at any stage from approval of roughs to when final proofs are given, the client will be liable for the balance of payment on the project.

Pre-Paid Commissions:
Pre-paid commissions are payable in full before the commencement of the project. Cancellation of a pre-paid project at any stage from purchase through to drafts/roughs being approved is 50% of the fee, with 50% refundable should you choose to cancel the project. The full amount remains payable at any stage from the approval of roughs/concepts.

Your privacy is respected, any information given to Soulful Branding will be used solely for our own marketing, portfolio and promotion purposes. It will not be sold to any third party.

Suspension of Services:
Soulful Branding reserves the right to terminate a project should a client fail to adhere to the terms and conditions stated in this document.

Copyright infringement:
Soulful Branding will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring they have full copyright and permission to use the any material submitted for use in the project, including their business name. It is the clients responsibility to ensure any content, trademarks and logos are used with permission.

The client will agree that all artwork belongs to Soulful Branding until the project is paid in full. All the concepts created before the client chooses the final design also remain the property of Soulful Branding. Once full payment is made the client has the right to use the design in all media useful for business promotion and Soulful Branding reserves the right to display the design for portfolio & self-promotional purposes.

These terms and conditions will be considered signed and accepted upon receipt of client deposit.

Prices & Payments:
Every effort is made to ensure prices on the website are accurate, but it is possible that an error may occur. If an error in pricing is noted, we will contact you with the contact details that you have supplied us with to inform you. We will give you the option of re-ordering at the new price or of cancelling your order. Where you opt to cancel your order, any payment already made will be fully refunded. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any payment already made. You must pay for goods (including any applicable delivery charges) at the time of placing your order. You do not own the goods until full payment is made including delivery charges where applicable.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Worldwide Shipping:
Shipping and packaging costs for orders will be calculated at checkout. Costs for mounted and framed prints will be quoted on request – please use the contact form. Shipping to countries outside Australia: You are responsible for any additional charges that may be levied by your country when the package arrives.

Delivery Schedule:
We aim to despatch your order to you within 5 business days. If we anticipate any delay we will let you know by email. Our packages are mailed to you from Australia; international orders will vary according to the country concerned but should be delivered within 10 working days.

Printed artworks:
The layout of an illustration and positioning of signature and description if any, may differ from the product photo, as each piece is printed to order and will differ depending on paper size.

Product Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order you must inform us straight away.

Non-delivery or Damaged Goods:
If the order is not received within the expected delivery times you must inform us straight away. If your package is damaged on delivery you must inform us straight away.

Intellectual Property:
You may not make use of any of the content of this website without gaining the prior written permission of Soulful Branding. All the content of this website and all artworks and printed products is subject to copyright. Content includes all images, text, graphics, logos, together with everything else that you see on this website. All rights to content and services are reserved.
